COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, social distancing has been implemented in mail sorting facilities. As a result, please allow for your parcel to take an additional 2-5 days to arrive sometimes more if you are in a rural, non-metro or interstate location.

VIRTUAL MARKETS

If you have ordered through the Olive Tree Virtual Market, please allow five working days for me to process and pack your order. You will be notified with a tracking number once is on its way!

SHIPPING

Flat rate of $10.00 shipping is charged on all orders within Australia, with the exception of gift tags that are sent with free postage if purchased separately.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely in love with your purchase (and want to break my heart), I am happy to offer a store credit, on the return of your order.

However, please note that items will only be accepted for return under the following conditions:

  • The item is in brand new condition with packaging intact.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

DAMAGED ITEMS

I pack and post every item by hand with love and care. In the unlikely situation that your purchase is damaged in transit, I am happy to replace it for you free of charge. Please email me at rosy@seafolk.co with your order number and I will take care of everything.
